Registration Form

The online registration form must be completed by following the link for the conference.

Registration fees will only be collected through bank transfer. Foreign participants who have difficulty in transferring money can communicate with tork2019@ozyegin.edu.tr. In the money transfer statement: "ToRK 2019 kayıt ücreti" should be written. After successfully transferring money, please fill out the registration form at the link below. You will be asked to upload the PDF of the receipt in the registration form.

Important Notes

- There will be a limited number of tickets for the conference banquet. Priority will be given to participants registering until June 10th.
- At least one of the authors must be registered in order to be accepted in the conference program.
- The deadline for the registration is June 1st, 2019.
- At least one of the authors must register to present the paper.

Student Registration

To register as a student, select the appropriate student category when registering online. You can also prepare your student certificate or a copy of your student card to upload to the registration form. (Accepted file size and formats: less than 1 MB; PDF, JPG / JPEG, PNG)

Cancellation policy

The cancellation request will not be accepted and no refund can be made.
